1. No Returns
Because all our products are perishable and made fresh for each order, we do not accept any returns. Once you have received or picked up a product, you cannot return it.
2. Refund Eligibility
We will only consider refunds in the following cases:
You received an incorrect item or something different from what you ordered.
The product was damaged during delivery (please provide photo proof within 1 hour of delivery).
Delivery was significantly delayed due to our error, which affected the product’s quality.
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Make sure to include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
RM Platters Refund & Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds in cases where the issue is due to customer oversight. For instance, this includes:
Providing an incorrect delivery address.
Cancelling the order less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup.
Changing your mind after placing the order.
Therefore, please double-check all order details carefully at the time of placing your order to avoid these issues.
All custom food platters and dessert orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
These orders require special preparation, ingredients, and dedicated time — making them ineligible for cancellation or refund.

You may cancel your order up to 48 hours before the delivery or pick-up time to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery will not be refunded, as preparation would already be underway.
