Order Policy
We craft all products fresh and made-to-order with special care. To ensure timely preparation, place your order at least 24–48 hours in advance, depending on the type of platter or dessert. Once confirmed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations.

Payment and Pricing
All prices are listed in PKR and may change without prior notice. To confirm your order, we require full payment, which you can make via bank transfer or cash on delivery (available in Rawalpindi and Islamabad only).
Delivery and Pickup
We deliver within selected areas of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. While we aim for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to factors like traffic or weather. If the delivery address provided is incorrect, we cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries.
Alternatively, you may choose to pick up your order from our designated location, which we will share upon order confirmation.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website including product images, graphics, and descriptions belongs exclusively to RM Platters. You may not reuse, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.
